Cancellations terms and conditions. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment but please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of your treatment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of your treatment. No shows will also be charged 100% of your treatment. No further bookings will take place until the fees have been paid.
